April in Manhatten

I love New York in the springtime. The cherry blossom trees add to the village's nostalgic appeal, the Central Park greenery turns the landscape into an attraction for people of all ages and types, and the gentle sunlight highlights the eclectic assembly of Manhattan pedestrians. I was lucky enough to experience a beautiful spring morning in NYC today after seeing Mike Birbiglia's My Girlfriend's Boyfriend last night at the Greenwich House Theater. In addition to meandering through Manhattan in April or May, I highly recommend seeing the show; it was both hysterical and sweet.

Spring Cleaning

Having recently cleaned out my closet (three bag-fulls of clothes are now waiting to be donated to Goodwill), I have been searching for some spring 2011 essentials to fill the empty space between the hangers. With the assistance of lookbook, I have pinpointed the trends I hope to adapt as the weather becomes increasingly sunny and warm. Enjoy the spring weather!

Busy, Busy, Busy

This past month has been very... busy. With finals, SAT's, ACT's, and so forth, Junior year has been far from easy but I am happy to say that it is finally coming to an end (just... it may be a brutal end.) Anyway, here's a glimpse of June in Connecticut (the weather is the one thing I can't complain about!)

Latest Listenings: Can I Kick It?

Today was a beautiful day. The sunlight has forever acted as my savior following the final months of winter and first few days of spring. Here's a celebratory mix which offers a little admiration for the sun.
